🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales of intimacy items, lingerie, and sexual wellness products are final sale. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please email us at goodvibesbysabrina@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue store credit.
